Hotel La Joya Isla Mujeres

The staff were INCREDIBLE and exceptional day and night. This hotel was set in a central area right by the beach, the island, bars. There was a seaside restaurant nearby.

We liked staff and location here. A seaside restaurant was excellent for dinner. Tbh, had an excellent stay on our entire vacation.

It was as expected, had a really great stay on vacation. I was offered an enjoyable breakfast wITH AN AMAZING VIEW.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a nice enough area, very close to other good restaurants and Punta Sur and shops. I loved fruit and jam for breakfast, which was included. Everything was simply wonderful.

Continental breakfasts with great views and yoghurt was healthy.

The hotel was clean and magnificent, I loved its very good location and staff. I had a great time at this venue and will be back.

The breakfast was delightful, plus the location was best possible. I really enjoyed having a safe, a work desk and a TV. Nice restaurant and top-notch service. Pool was great and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

atmospheric venue, great value. there was an english bar with burgers, nachos, fries and pizza. beautiful view of volcano. you could walk to shops and commercial centres.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow, made me a little nervous.

Everything in the hotel was perfect and our room was non-smoking. Variety of supplies in the room: Wi-Fi, air conditioning and remote control. The staff was super and tried to make the stay such wonderful. We loved the own beach near our venue.

Quiet bedroom, fab location, exquisite views. It was based adjacent to a secluded beach.

Historic location and neat place, I loved delightful staff. Breakfast was great and had lots of meals. It took me 20 minutes to drive to this nicely presented accommodation from the airport. Efficient check-in and fantastic customer service. Could use their safe parking.

perfect hotel with lovely staff. if you like the green area, then it would be an amazing base for you. again, location was walking distance to parque los suenos. visited their restaurant las mañanitas couple of times.
